-Tradicional (Wet) Liposuction:
First, a special fluid is injected to reduce bleeding, trauma and pain. After a short wait, when the fat cells swell, the process begins. Fat tissues are freed with back and forth movements with thin tubes and fat cells are removed from the body with the help of a vacuum.
-Vaser (Ultrasonic) Liposuction:
Vibrating (ultrasonic) sound is given to fat cells with thin pipes. Then the fat cells are removed from the body by back and forth movements.
-Laser – Assisted Liposuction (LAL) :
With laser light, fat cells are transformed from solid form to liquid form. It is then drawn with millimetric pipes. Fluctuations encountered in classical liposuction are less common as a homogeneous fat intake is ensured.
This method can be applied to men with gynecomastia.
Also this method can be applied for excessive sweating in the armpit.
-Lipomatic Liposuction:
Vibrating thin pipes are used. At the same time, fat cells are removed from the body. It does not damage the tissues and provides controlled fat intake, as it provides fat intake with vibration movements.
Depending on the area, liposuction can be performed under local anesthesia or general anesthesia. You may need to stay in the hospital for 1 day.

– If you have regular medications, consult your doctor.
– If you smoke, you must quit at least 10 days before surgery. Because smoking makes it difficult to heal postoperative tissues and stitch scars.
– If you are taking medications such as blood thinners and aspirin, consult your doctor. You will be asked not to use these medications for a while.
– It is recommended to start walking as early as possible to prevent swelling and clotting.
– Postoperative rest is recommended.
– A special compression garment or bandage will be worn for you to reduce the post-operative edema formation.
– The duration of wearing a corset may vary depending on the applied area.
– Especially in the first week, you should avoid strenuous movements and heavy lifting.
– You should not smoke as it affects wound healing negatively.
– You should pay attention to your diet after surgery.
Postoperative Recovery Period
– You can start your work within 2-3 days after the surgery.
– There may be swelling and bruising after surgery. These will disappear within 2 weeks, don’t be afraid.
– It may take 6-12 months for final results.
– You must wear a compression garment to avoid edema.
– Post-operative massage is suggested.
